How many Ziplines are available at MTL ZIPLINE?

There are two cables availables at Zipline MTL. Please take note that the second line is only operational during high customer traffic periods.

How long does the activity last?

The complete experience takes around 10 to 15 minutes. A short training explaining security measures will be offered during this time. Be prepared for a short waiting period on busy days.

Where are you located?

We are located at Hangar 16, near the Clocktower pier, in the Montreal Old Port, right in front of Terrasse Bonsecours.

What are your hours of operation?

The 2018 season starts on 12th of May. Our usual hours of operation is between 11 and 9pm eastern time. We can be open later during special events such as the fireworks of Loto-Québec. During the end of the season, we may only be open on weekends.

What's the dress code?

You should wear comfortable clothing and keep the temperature in mind. We also recommend that you wear closed shoes, but it’s not a problem if you come with heels or flipflops. Dresses and skirts are NOT accepted.

Are the harnesses safe? Is there a risk of falling?

Safety is our top priority. The harnesses are completely safe and there is no risk of falling, otherwise we wouldn’t be in this business. You will be briefed in safety techniques by our staff.

Do I need to hang on the whole time?

No you do not. The harness is very supportive, comfortable and secure. Our trained staff will explain in detail the entire procedure.

Is there any training involved?

Yes, each client experience involves a short 5 minute training session to ensure your highest safety and enjoyment.

What if it’s raining?

Although we reserve the right to close in case of bad weather, we usually stay open unless there is severe thunder. If its raining, come in a bathing suit to get 10% off.

Do you have a weight or age limit?

There is no age limit, but participants must weigh between 50 lbs and 250 pounds.

Do I receive a voucher or a pass by mall after completing my payment?

You will receive a confirmation email which you can use as a pass or voucher. Simply present it to the cashier when you arrive at the Zipline.

Do I need to reserve in advance?

No, you can show up without any reservations. We recommend that you contact us ahead of time for groups of 20+ participants.

What is the maximum amount of participants per group?

There is no maximum. Everyone is welcome!

If me or my child is too afraid to do the ride, can I get reimbursed?

Sorry, no refunds. But rest assured, the activity is safe enough for everyone.
